As drum circle facilitators, our lives are spent holding space for others. We pour our energy, rhythm, and passion into corporate teams, school children, communities, wellness spaces, and team building activities in Pune, guiding them to find their inner pulse. But when do we get a chance to fill our own cups? When do we gather not just to practice, but to challenge ourselves, exchange breakthrough methodologies, refine our facilitation techniques, and collaborate with peers who speak the exact same rhythmic language? This October, that space is finally here.
Welcome to Taal Inc. Drum Circle Facilitator’s Retreat 2026
From October 23rd to 25th, 2026, a dedicated cohort of experienced rhythm practitioners will gather at the breathtaking Belantara Beach Estate in Sindhudurg.
Curated by Varun Venkit, this weekend intensive isn’t a standard certification course; it is a specialized, peer-led learning experience designed explicitly for advanced facilitators who are ready to level up their craft, refine their facilitation techniques, expand their clinical or corporate toolkits, and build lasting professional bonds.
Imagine waking up to the rhythmic rise and fall of ocean waves, starting your day with a grounding yoga session, and diving straight into high-level facilitation design before a hearty coastal breakfast. Every day begins and ends the way it should: in a circle, drumming together.
A True Peer-Led Ecosystem
What makes this retreat fundamentally different from traditional workshops is the structure. We believe that the collective wisdom in a room of active practitioners is unmatched. Therefore, this retreat operates as an interactive mastermind, where insights from drumming team building and other facilitation experiences are shared, explored, and refined collaboratively.
Every single participant is not just a student; you are a contributor. Alongside deep-dive masterclasses, each attendee will lead a targeted 1-hour session (a 45-minute presentation followed by a 15-minute collaborative debrief). This is your stage to showcase your expertise as one of the team building facilitators near me searchers are looking for, including:
- Proprietary Tools: Creative games, interventions, or icebreakers you have developed and successfully tested in the field.
- Case Studies: Exhaustive breakdowns of your long-term work with specific demographics (e.g., corporate leadership, neurodivergent groups, or trauma recovery populations).
- Facilitation Philosophy: High-level discussions on energy management, group dynamics, and the psychological underpinnings of rhythm-based medicine.
Before we hit the beaches of Sindhudurg, Varun Venkit will work with you individually to refine, tweak, and polish your presentation, ensuring every session delivers maximum value to the cohort. Whether your focus is corporate facilitation, wellness, or special needs music lessons, you’ll receive personalized guidance to strengthen your content and delivery.
