Taal Inc. offers you a chance to indulge in the world of creative arts purely for the sake of unadulterated expression. Taal Inc.’s ‘Find Your Inner Rhythm’ is suitable for those who wish to take a deep dive into the therapeutic and healing potential of the drum and various other expressive art forms such as dance movement therapy, visual art, drama therapy, expressive art therapy and take their interactions to a greater level of interconnectedness, expressiveness, creativity and trust.

Immerse yourself in a weekend of healing rhythms, colours, movements and more to experience a sense of catharsis, release and re-discovery. In this one- or two-day workshop, you will be creating music, learning new rhythms, playing with color, singing, discovering movement within yourself, spending time with nature and discovering your unique inner rhythm.

These sessions are targeted at everybody and anyone who would like to express or learn something new about oneself through a hands-on and experiential way. Having said this, if you belong to one of the professions listed below, this workshop is even more suited for YOU!
