I put together a testimonial video after a long time. This one’s from a corporate team building drumming event in Pune recently led by Team Taal Inc. We facilitate a lot of employee engagement activities and corporate drum circles on a daily basis all over the country, and some days, we forget to record and document these heartfelt messages after the session. This time, we didn’t 😉

Here’s the full video

Robin Hood Army comprises volunteers who work towards fulfilling their motto of ‘No Hungry Citizen’ through food drives all across the country. We’re blessed to be associated with them and for this chance to have a drum circle team building session with them in Pune as part of meaningful corporate wellness workshops. A heartfelt thank-you to the team at RHA for their sweet and genuine testimonials.

In drumming team building events, things just flow so naturally especially after going through this intense and dynamic bonding experience together, making them powerful experiential team building activities. Even more so when the group knows each other from before the season. The best drum circle experience is one that takes advantage of this existing bond within the group and holds space for deeper connection and authentic sharing. Where each participant feels safe enough to be vulnerable with the group. That’s the crux of these sessions and what makes them an effective employee engagement program. Build a strong foundation of trust and safety and authentic self expression will follow. There’s no option but for strong employee engagement when everyone is involved and interacting with the facilitator genuinely. There’s no space for that usual post lunch boredom and fidgety behaviour; not when you’re drumming presently and mindfully.

The arts are becoming more and more effective as a tool to use with groups of various backgrounds for positive behavioural change. In fact, many organizations today are exploring such approaches as meaningful staff engagement ideas. So whether it’s drumming, creative writing, dance movement, visual art or other arts and experience based arts modalities; the core concept is the same: state expectations clearly and work towards them in a structured and methodological way. The group will respond positively; more so when there are multiple sessions.

If you’re interested in such team building activities in Pune (or anywhere in India) or exploring wellbeing workshops for employees, then get in touch with us so that we can have a chat and build a model that best suits you and your corporate team building drumming needs.

I’m eager to work with you to bring out the best in your team.
