Another 2016 survey involving thousands of employees found that 80 percent of the respondents exhibited symptoms of anxiety while 55 percent had symptoms of depression.

Add to that, the recent pandemic hasn’t made things any better. A survey by The7thFold had revealed that 36% of Indian employees are suffering from mental health issues and 50% are worried about an uncertain future due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Why are we sharing this information with you?
